I was thrilled to find this site. I started WW about a month ago (for the third time), but this time I have a different attitude. I'm not going to deprive myself. If I want a certain food, I'll have it in moderation (or not) and when I've reached my allotted points for the day that will be it. So far it's been working. I've lost 11 lbs. in total. My daughter is also doing WW. We are going to the same meetings. I think this is also helping me more.

I love the recipes that I have tried so far! Keep them coming. [img]smile.gif[/img]
