Tamale Pie 6 servings
1 1/2 C. Water
4 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
1 (6-serving) package Stove Top corn-bread stuffing mix
8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. (1ounce) sliced black olives
1 3/4 C. (15-ounce can) Hunt's Chunky Tomato Sauce
2tsp Chili seasoning mix
3/4 C. (3 ounces) RF Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350*. In medium saucepan, combine water & margarine. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Add dry corn-bread mix. Mix well to combine. In a large skillet sprayed with olive flavored cooking spray, brown meat, green pepper and onion. Add olives, tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Stir in cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Pour into an 8-by-8 inch baking dish. Spread prepared stuffing mix on top pf meat mixture. Bake 20 to 25 mins.
