1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion chopped (or frozen chopped)
40 oz. can Brooks Mild Chili Beans
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
46 oz. can tomato juice
1 TBS chili powder
1/2 TBS salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease and rinse meat to get off additional fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer about an hour.

Makes 17 one-cup servings - 3 points each.
TO MAKE CHILI MAC: add noodles (1.5 points per half cup) and FF grated cheese (.5 points for 1/6 cup). Even the kids love it that way!
