I tried these because they were low points, but they are really good. My finicky husband requests them, so thats saying a lot & they are really easy.

    1/2 cup Corn Flake crumbs
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp orange juice
    1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
    4 (4oz) pork loin chops

1)heat oven to 425. Line cookie sheet with foil & spray with nonstick cooking sray.
2)Place crumbs in shallow dish. In small bowl, combine , mustard,OJ, & thyme, mix well. Brush sides of each pork chop with mustard mixture & Place mustard side down in crumbs. Turn to coat both sides well with crumbs. Place on cookie sheet.
    3)bake for 20-25 mins
