Steakhouse Onion Beef & Pepper Stir-Fry

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak -- 3/4" thick
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 14-1/2 oz. can Swanson seasoned beef broth with onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups fresh or frozen green or red pepper strips
4 cups hot cooked rice -- (without salt)

Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, and garlic.

Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juice evaporates.

Add peppers. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring.

Serve over rice.
