1/7/01 NOTE: I re-entered this recipe in the most recent version of MasterCook (6.0) and came up with revised figures on the nutritional analysis (shown below). The new version has more realistic numbers on the ground beef, specifically ... using 92% fat-free beef.

    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    32 ounces salsa -- (two 16-oz. jars)
24 ounces red kidney beans, canned -- drained

Nutritional analysis per serving, per MasterCook:
    259 calories; 7 g. fat; 11 g. fiber

5 POINTS per serving (figuring 4 g. of fiber, instead of 11)

For a larger serving (4 servings per recipe):
    388 calories; 11 fat; 16 g. fiber = 8 POINTS per serving

Capping fiber at 4 shoots this up to 7. Not bad but just warning.
