TACO SALAD (4 pts.)f

8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
4 cups finely shredded lettuce
1 1/4 cups diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives (1 oz.)
2/3 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed reduced fat Doritos nacho chips
1/3 cup Kraft fat free Catalina or Dorothy Lynch or French Dressing
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

In a large skillet sprayed with olive-oil flavored cooking spray, brown the meat. Place skillet on a wire rack and let sit 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives, and Cheddar cheese. Stir in slightly cooled meat and crushed chips. Add dressing and taco seasoning and mix gently to combine. When serving, top each with 1 tablespoon sour cream.
