Mushroom-Orange Pork Chops

2 butterflied pork chops (3/4" thick)
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 fresh mushrooms. chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 teas. soy sauce

In a sprayed skillet over med. heat, brown chops on both sides. Continue cooking until done, about 6 mins. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet saute onions, mushrooms and garlic until tender. Add marmalade, soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Pour over chops.
Serves 2

The sauce is 2 points per and total would depend on weight of chops.
