Oriental Barbecue Beef - 5 points (includes veggies)

1 pound thinly sliced London Broil or other very lean beef
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon tabassco sauce
4 ounces sliced carrots
4 ounces fresh snow peas
4 ounces canned sliced water chestnuts
4 12"x18" foil sheets

1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium high heat.

2) Combine beef, barbecue sauce, honey, teriyaki sauce and tabassco sauce.

3) Center 1/4 of beef mixture (about 5 ounces) on each foil sheet. Top with 1 ounce of each vegetable.

4) Bring up foil sides and double fold. Double fold ends to form packet leaving enough room for air circulation.

5) Bake 22-24 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or 13-15 minutes in covered grill.

Makes 4 servings @ 5 points a piece (263 calories/6 1/2 fat grams/2 fiber grams).

Serving suggestions: Serve over rice or noodles.
