Thread: White Chocolate Hazelnut Pie

    This recipe is from the "In the Groove" booklet handed out forever ago, but it is still one of my favorites. So for those who had asked, here it is:

    White Chocolate Hazelnut Pie

    1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
    1+1/4 cups cold skim milk
    2 Tablespoons hazelnut flavor instant coffee
    2 packages (1.4 ounce) SF/FF White Chocolate instant pudding
    1 tub (8 ounce) FF Cool Whip, thawed and divided in half


    1. Stir milk and instant coffee together. Add pudding and 1/2 cool whip and beat for 1 minute with a wire wisk. Mixture will be thick.

    2. Spread mixture in crust. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer.

    3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

    ****I usually sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for looks.

    Serves 8 @ 4 points per serving
