Mary, What a neat looking recipe! Now you know I just have to try this, and I believe I have everything here to make it except the buffalo sauce
I'll have to see what I can come up with to take care of that missing ingred.

Thanks,
Dawna

Buffalo Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS:

3 TBS cayenne pepper sauce (Red Devil, Frank's, Texas Pete, etc)
3 chicken cutlets
4 TBS butter
1/4 c flour
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c cayenne pepper sauce
1 TBS mayonnaise
1 can beer
2 c cooked beans (cannelloni, great northern, pinto)

DIRECTIONS:
Marinate the chicken cutlets in 3 TBS of the hot sauce overnight.

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Cut the chicken into half-inch cubes and dredge in the flour. Saute them until golden brown in the butter.

Add the celery and continue to simmer for 2 or 3 more minutes. Add the hot sauce, mayonnaise, beer and beans. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.

OH MY GOSH Dawn - My mouth is on  FIRE  just reading that recipe, lol

The original lasagna recipe called for 1 cup wing sauce and 3 cups of spagheti sauce - after making it that way with Stubbs Wing Sauce and not being able to eat for 2 days because my mouth was burning so badly I had to drop the amount of wing sauce!! The taste is sooooo good I needed to find a way to make it!!

I just might have to find a way to make that chili for my husband though - he was drooling at the ingredients

Dawna - have you made it yet?? I'd like your review if you try it!!

Sounds good but I have a question. Is it correct that you put the lasagne noodles in the dish uncooked? Or does it mean to use the noodles that are marked on the box that they don't need precooked?
