I made some good whole wheat chicken pitas which were only 9 points for two! Here's the ingredients for each pita:

- 1 whole wheat pita (1pt)
- 1/4 cup boneless chicken breast cubed (1pt)
- unlimited tomato
- unlimited green pepper (saute this)
- unlimited mushrooms (saute this)
- unlimited romaine lettuce
- 15g Black Diamond marble cheese (1.5pts)
- 2 Tbsp mustard (no point value)
- 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise (1 pt)

Microwave for 20 seconds and enjoy!
