I was dying for some lasagna yesterday and put together a fairly low point recipe I thought I'd share.

1 box Westbrae WW Lasagna Noodles
    1 cup fat-free ricotta
    1/2 oz parmasean
2 cups spaghetti sauce (I used regular Ragu)
2 cups Morningstar Grillers Burger-Style Crumbles
    1 cup part-skim mozzerella
    Dried Basil
    Dried Oregano
    Salt and Pepper

Cook and drain the noodles. Mix the ricotta and parmasean. I added dried basil, oregano and salt and pepper to the cheese mixture. Also add a samll bit of sauce to thin out the mixture. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of the pan, lay down a layer of noodles. Spread half of the cheese mixture and sauce. Lay down noodles, the other half of the cheese mixture and sauce and the crumbles. Lay the last noodle layer. Cover with sauce and sprinkle the mozzerella on top. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°.

Looks great. I can't wait to try this one. I just used the crumbles for the first time in chili and I couldn't tell the difference. (Neither could DH and I never told him.) I will be using more crumbles from now on for points-friendly meals!!

Hi Janice, I haven't bought "hamburg" for what seems like years. I use the crumbles in everything.
