Hey, I whipped this up today as an alternative to regular spaghetti:

Ingredients
1 package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 bottle Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (I used veggie primavera)
1 16oz package of whole wheat fettuccini (or whatever) spaghetti (I used Bella Organic) Fettuccine
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 oz mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions
Cook noodles, drain and put in casserole dish, or Dutch oven, add oil and stir. Add sauce to noodles. Brown turkey, add chopped onion and cook for a couple minutes. Add to noodles. Cook mushrooms for a few minutes; add to noodles. Stir. Place in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.

Serves: 12 (1 cup servings)
Points: 5

You could add whatever veggies you like to "plump" this up and get your veggies in. You could add cheese to the top for extra points, but I just added some grated Romano to mine.

The entire family loved it and I'm sure it would freeze well.
