I love pasta (even though I'm trying to cut back on carbs)

Better Baked Ziti
12 Servings; 3.2 points per serving

8 ozs ziti pasta, cooked
15 ozs fat-free cottage cheese
8 ozs low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
26 ozs fat-free spaghetti sauce, divided
1/2 c reduced fat parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare a 9 X 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Place cooked ziti in a mixing bowl. Stir in cottage cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Cover the bottom of the prepared pan with half the spaghetti sauce. Spoon the ziti mixture on top. Then spread remaining spaghetti sauce over ziti mixture. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
