Easy Ziti:

-Makes 6 svgs

-1 (16 oz) jar reduced-fat spaghetti sauce
-1/2 c part-skim ricotta cheese
-1 (16 oz) box ziti
1/2 c shredded reduced-fat Italian cheese blend

1) Preheat the broiler. In large bowl, mix spahetti sauce & ricotta until smooth.
2) Meanwhile, cook ziti according to package directions. Drain & stir into sauce, then spread into 9 X 13 metal pan. Sprinkle with the cheese blend. Broil until cheese is melted & golden, about 5 min.

** Can use different pasta shapes. Can stir in 1 1/2 cups sauteed chopped mushrooms, zucchini, or 10 oz box of thawed frozen peas when you mix the pasta & sauce.
