I found a great 1 pt pita pocket at a local health food store. It's the Food for Life Baking Co., Inc. brand. It's called Prophet's Pocket Bread. it's 100 cals, .5 g fat, 4 g fiber. I ran it thru WW calculator at their site, and it returned 1 pt to me.

I used it today for a pizza crust, and cut it into four wedges. I loaded it with fresh veggies and 2% mozzarella.

Just thought I would share a fabulous find for the program.
