6 ounces carrots -- finely chopped (about 2 carrots, about 1 cup)
6 ounces celery -- finely chopped (about 2 stalks, about 1 cup)
6 ounces yellow onion -- chopped ( about 1 onion, about 1cup)
2 cloves garlic -- chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 pound turkey breast tenderloin slices -- ground (see Pantry)
1 1/2 cups Fat Free Chicken broth

In a medium nonstick skillet, combine the carrots, celery, onion, garlic and 1/4 cup of the wine. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring periodically, until the onion turns translucent. Mix in the turkey. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 5 minutes, until the meat is no longer pink an. has separated some. Add the stock and the remaining 1/4 cup wine. Stir, raising, the heat to high, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Set the cover ajar and continue to cook for about 15 minutes more, until the liquid has mostly evaporated. Salt to taste.
