Carrot Pasta

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup semolina flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup carrot juice

Combine the flours and the salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process for about 1 minute to mix well. With the machine running, very slowly drizzle in the carrot juice through the feed tube until a ball forms. (You may not need to use the whole cup.) Continue to process for 1 minute more.

Remove the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead it 10 to 12 times, until smooth and elastic.

Roll out and cut the dough into fettuccine, taking care to separate the strands.
