4 small whole wheat or regular pitas
1/2 C spaghetti sauce
2 C sliced veggies (mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onions)
1/2 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 t dried oregano
2 t extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 450. Split each round into 2 pieces. Place crust side down on a large baking dish. Bake 10 mins or until just crisp.

Remove from the oven and top each round evenly with sauce, veggies, cheese and oregano. drizzle with olive oil. Bake 5-8 mins or just until cheese melts.

Makes 4 servings, 2 pizzas each.
