Veggie Party/Snackin' Pizza

You need:
Cooking spray
2 tubes Reducred-fat Pillsbury Croissant Rolls
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing seasoning
Broccoli
Carrots
Cauliflower
Red/Yellow peppers
Green onions

Any other fresh veggies of choice

Unroll croissants and lay onto a lightly sprayed, 13x9 pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake at 375 for 11 minutes. Let cool.

In the meantime, mix together softened cream cheese, mayo and ranch packet. Set aside. Chop veggies into pizza-sized pieces.

Spread Cream cheese mixture evenly onto cooled croissant bread. Evenly distrubute veggies over the top and press them down lightly into the cream cheese.

Cut into 16 pieces.

Will keep, as long as it is covered, in the refrigerator for up to a week.
