Chili Cheese Macaroni

Use different amounts of pasta and cheese, just measure first and count accordingly:

1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1-14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp chili seasoning

cook the onion, pepper, tomato and chili seasoning in microwave until soft, about 5-6 minutes.

Mix with cooked pasta- elbows, rotini, shells, whatever, about 4-6 cups cooked, pour into microwave container, top with 2-3 ounces grated cheese- can use cheddar, cojack, mozzarella, whatever. I also add 1 tsp margarine if I have extra points. Microwave until cheese melts.
