1 (10 oz) Package refrigerated pizza dough
    3/4 C. Chopped green pepper
3/4 C. Thinly sliced red onion
    3/4 C. Fresh mushrooms
    1/2 C. Honey barbecue sauce
1-1/2 C. Shredded cooked chicken breast
    1 C. Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Coat a 12-in. pizza pan or larger baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough, and press into pan. Bake dough at 425 for 5-7 minutes or until crust begins to brown.

While crust bakes, coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add veggies.
Cook until veggies are tender and hot.

Spread bbq sauce evenly over crust; top evenly with chicken. Arrange veggie mixture evenly over chicken then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

    Melissa,

Thanks for posting this. I made it for dinner last night for DH and I and we really loved it. It was a nice change from the usual pizza that we try to include in our diet. Don't you just love those refrigerated crusts? They are low in fat and you can do a lot with them. I have several recipes for healthy calzones that I use them for.

    THANKS!
