I combined a couple recipes and came up with a delious Low point sauce, here it is.

Alfredo Sauce over Garlic&Erb Fettuccine :

1 can 14 1/2oz FF chicken broth
1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
1/2 cup FF mozzarella cheese shreded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs dry parsly flakes
12 oz box San Giorgio brand Garlic&Erb fettuccine noodles


cook the fettuccine noodles wile preparing the sauce.
put the Chicken broth,cottage cheese,mozzarella cheese, garlic and onion powder, and cornstarch in a blender. Blend untill smooth.
Put the mixture in a sauce pan and the parsley, heat verry slowly stirring often untill the sauce is thick.
Poor over the noodles and toss, let stand a couple minutes and serve.

I added 2 oz. of shrimp to mine
My wife added 3 oz. choped chicken brest to hers, make sure to add the extra points.
