Super quick & super tasty...
Points r super low, too!

1 lb pasta, uncooked
10 Garlic cloves
2 tsp fresh Thyme, minced
or 1 tsp dried
2 tsp fresh Rosemary, minced
or 1 tsp dried
4 Tbsp Olive Oil

Either individually OR a combination of the following veggies wk real well:
Carrots & Zucchini, coarsley grated
Red Peppers, slivered
Mushrooms, paper thin slices
Snow Peas,
Broccoli heads, broken into sm pieces

1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Peel, slivered

Place garlic on a square of foil.
Cover garlic w/herbs & top all w/olive oil.
Seal foil packet & bake @ 25 mins in a 450 oven.

Cook pasta.

Approximately 3-4 mins BEFORE pasta is done, add the veggies of your choice...@ 7-8 cups to boiling pasta water & cook 4 remaining pasta time.
Drain well.
Open foil packet carefully...(steam!!!) & mash garlic mixture slightly.
Scatter lemon peel slivers on top.

Toss w/pasta & veggies.
Season w/S & P & grated LF/FF Romano cheese.

This smells so delicious!
