A good pasta sauce without meat. And only 1 point for 1/4 of the recipe. Sound a little weird but is really good,and different from traditional pasta sauces.

1 onion, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 14oz can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup dry lentils
1/2 tsp thyme (optional)

Saute onion in saucepan. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 40-45 minutes.

1/4 of this recipe = 144 calories, 1gm fat, and 10gms fiber. (according to mastercook)
