Ok - Here is my version
    Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small tomatoes, diced
    Fresh Basil, (2-3 Tbls) diced
    1-2 minced garlic
    1 pkg Frozen Spinach
    sliced mushrooms, if desired
1 10-inch Boboli thin pizza crust
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup Healthy Choice Mozzarella Cheese
6 slices (1 serving size) Healthy Choice Smoked Ham, diced

Put 1st three ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Thaw and squeeze dry the frozen spinach

Spread sauce on crust, then put spinach on top, then tomato mixture. Add sliced mushrooms if desired.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle diced ham on top. Bake 400 oven for 10-15 mins or until heated through.

This is delicious!! I made it for a party I had and nobody realized it was "low fat".

Another tip: If you have a Sam's club near you...they have a pizza crust "Mia's" comes with the sauce. It is virtually "fat free" and delicious. You also can have a 6th of pizza for the same point value (3 pts) The boboli version is an 8th of pizza for 3 pts.

I hope that's not too confusing!
