(Few to Lose)
2 chicken breasts boneless and skin removed, cut into pieces
1 carrot, sliced
Broccoli, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic
6 ounces angel hair pasta
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Cook the chicken and cut into pieces. Cook noodles until done, about 7-10 minutes. Pour the chicken broth into a frying pan. Add carrots and cook until tender. Add broccoli and steam for about 7 minutes. Add basil, garlic and chicken and simmer for 5 more minutes. Place the noodles in a bowl and top with the vegetable/chicken mixture. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and serve.
