Zesty Cheese Ravioli

Zesty Cheese Ravioli

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup water
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
9 ounces ravioli, cheese-filled -- contadina
2 cups spinach -- finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large sauce pan, bring to a boil.
Add raviolo, cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover and cook
additional 5 minutes or until done.

Stir in spinach, sugar and pepper. Cover and cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with
parmesan cheese
