1 (16-oz.) can no-salt-added green beans, drained
1 (16-oz.) can wax beans, drained
1 (16-oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2/3 cup chopped green onions
2/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.

2. Combine apple juice and next 6 ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Yield: 12 servings
