This is a very quick and easy breakfast or snack. 1 pt each...
    yields 10 rolls

1 can of Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuts (must be the blue can)
    1/4 c. splenda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    20 mini marshmallows

    Preheat oven to 375
mix the splenda and cinnamon together in a bowl.
separate and flatten each biscut into 4" circles, dip both sides of biscut in cinnamon mix. Place 2 mini marshmallows in center of circle, pinch sides together (like a turnover), spray a muffin tin with butter flavor cooking spray, place biscut in tin with the seam up.

    Bake 8-10 minutes.

I'm not much of a marshmallow fan, but these little rolls are excellent. The marshmallow is more like an icing. Spray with a little ICBINB spray and enjoy with a glass of ice cold milk.

    5 servings - 2 rolls (2 pts)

Sounds yummy and fun for the kids to help make. I just recently realized that those biscuits were so low in points. Husband really enjoys them so I'll have to make them a regular addition to my shopping list. Thanks for the recipe.

Can I make it one at a time and how do I store the rest? When I made them all and didn't eat it right away it got stale.

I couldn't find the Burttermilk biscuits at my store...do you think it would work with the Country Biscuits? I would adjust the points accordingly also...

    Thanks!

I've used the country buscuits and it worked. It was a bit dry but I don't know if it is the buscuit that makes the difference or if they just need to be slightly adjusted. I really enjoyed them. So did my boyfriend, friend and her husband!! You could drizzle fat free caramel sauce on them also! Points do need to be adjusted though.

I made these a while back but I rolled out each bisquit ....then I rolled them up like a cinnamon roll.

    They were delicious!
