I'm not sure where I got this recipe, but it is delicious on chicken - and NO points!!

3/4 cup pineapple juice (no sugar added)
1/2 cup lite soy sauce
1 cup fat free italian salad dressing.

Mix well. Put in ziplock bag with chicken and marinade at least 4 hours.

I made up a bunch of boneless skinless breasts like this and cooked them to have them to toss in salads for my lunch - delicious!!!
