Honey Roasted Chicken

2 pounds chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and drumsticks) (I just use breasts)
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together remianing ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces.
Bake uncovered, basting with the honey mixture occasionally (or turn chicken over
half way through), about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.**

**I also season this chicken with garlic pepper and salt or whatever else you like
to season with. After the 45 minutes, I baste the chicken again and then put the broiler on
for a couple of minutes on each side so that it is crispy.

Serves 6
