    One box of your favorite Angel food cake mix.
    1 large can (20 ounces generally) of crushed pineapple.

    Drain and reserve the liquid from the pineapple.
    Beat the mix with the liquid AND NO OTHER INGREDIENTS as package directs as for water -- usually till well incorporated or until soft peaks form.

    Gently fold in the crushed pineapple so that it is well mixed into batter.

    Bake according to package directions -- do not underbake. YOu want the top to be brown and cracked a bit. I've had the most success using an angel cake pan (same as a tube pan) but I know a lot of WWers use a 9x13 inch cake pan.

    Let cool. 3 points per serving -- the cake yields 12 servings...

    You don't have drain the pineapple...Just take the 20-ounce can in own juice + the 1-step Angelfood cake mix and mix together. Pour into 24-36 cupcakes or 9x13 pan or angelfood cake pan and bake according to the box.
