I was just running through my typical taco bell order at their nutrition personalizer and it turns out the a regular taco is 3 POINTS! And with sour cream it's 4 POINTS! I would highly recommend using this feature before your next visit to any of the Yum stores.

    Here's the link! http://www.yum.com/nutrition/default.htm

Just click on the restaurant you want and you can personalize your "tray".

    Thanks, Amy!

I just figured if I get my favorite (the Chicken Chulupa Surpreme) al fresco with lettuce and tomato it is 7 points instead of 9! Yay!

I've also used the Pizza Hut one... but they do not allow you to calculate without cheese or with light cheese.

McDonalds and Wendys has the 'customizer' too.

Also like stated above Taco Bell now does the Fresca but I don't like it that way....give me my cheese.

This website is great! Thanks! I always get bean burritos without cheese at Taco Bell and I always wondered how many points it actually was! Now I know. Turns out it's about the same with or without cheese!
