Thread: sushi points (again)

I know this question gets asked a lot, but I'm hoping someone can help. I'm trying to be really accurate! Ok, I bought California rolls at the market, not at a sushi restaurant, so they are smaller than usual. There are 9 small rolls. I weighed them and they weigh 4.5oz. I plugged this in to WW Online and it counts 4.5oz as 2.5 points. This sounds really low when you look at different sushi points (Dotti's etc.), but they look like they have about a 1/4 c of rice (1pt) and definitely less than 1/4 of a medium avocado which is 2pts. So I feel like I'm safe counting only 2.5? Any opinions? Do you guys trust the points on WW online? Sorry for the long post...
    Thanks,
    Stephanie

Was there nutritional information included on the package? I found that the California rolls I was buying at the market were actually higher than the points given both on Dotti's and in the WWers materials.
