    I have noticed a lot of recipes use olive oil, is it no points? If it has points how many?

    I am VERY new to WW even tho i have lost 93 pounds I am stuck on these last few and WW seems the best thing to do to loose them and then go on maintence. I appreciate all the help you guys give. [img]graemlins/wave.gif[/img]

    Olive oil does have points (about 1 point per tsp), but it contains a great deal more healthy fat lipids than animal fat and even other vegetable oils. Use sparingly, but it does provide you with some great health benefits!
