Thread: fat free coffee mate creamer?

Good Morning, I hope everybody has power this morning!

Here's my question. I use coffemate creamer with my coffee in the morning. At 25 calories, my 123 success slider says it's zero points. So how do I point it out when I have several cups in the morning. I'm pretty sure I can't drink all I want because those 25 points would add up. So, how do I do point it out?

I have one more question. I have a 123 slider and winning points companion books. Can I use them together? I wasn't sure what the difference was between the two programs.

    Thanks for any help!
Hope you have a low point day!

When I have items like this (got off coffee last year & don't use creamer in my tea, but I used to have 1-2 cups of coffee daily), I would just figure that approx. 50 calories=1 pt., so in this case, when you've had 2 servings you're actually consuming a point. You might let that 3rd serving go, it's up to you, but the fourth one would give you another full point. This little stuff can add up. If you're losing, then I wouldn't worry too much. But if you're stalling or gaining I'd be more specific with these kinds of things.
