I have found a Health Food Store that sells homemade Date Balls. The lady that makes them said the only ingredients are Dates,Walnuts, and a tiny amount of unsweetened coconut that they are rolled in. They are about the size of a golf ball. I really like them and have been counting them as 2 pts. What do you think? I realize I don't have the exact amounts of each ingredient. I'm just looking for a little feed back as to if you think 2pts. is probably close or not.
