There is no one list of foods that everyone can eat and lose, it isn't always what you eat but also how much you eat. The best food plan is one you can live with, that you do not feel deprived, that has foods you like, in the long run that is the one that will get you where you want to be. Healthy foods should be worked into your plan, lots of fresh veggies, fruits, whole grains, meats should be as lean as possible.
