Thread: Easi-yo points question

    Default Easi-yo points question

I am trying to work out ww points value for Easi-yo low-fat unsweetened plain greek yoghurt. My calculations come back as 1 WW point for 100g. (I am using original/old WW points system, that's what I am familiar with) Is that correct? Appreciate any help...thank you!!

I don't know. I do Smart Points and you calculate calories/sat.fat/sugar and protein.

I use the WW smart points. I also use the Easi yo yoghurt, though not the greek one. Have just looked it up and for 200gm is 5sp. How to convert that to previous version, I am not sure. Rose55
