Thread: What foods can you NOT live without on Weight Watchers?

  1. Cool What foods can you NOT live without on Weight Watchers?

I did weight watchers awhile back and am not back again :-) Last time I had a few staple Low point foods like Egg Beaters and a ranch flavor dip that was Yogurt based that I used in EVERYTHING and couldn't live without! I was wondering if anyone else has foods like this?

Right now it seems to be banana's and salad with light Balsamic dressing. The funny thing is I use to hate banana's but now I eat 1-2 a day.

I love bananas too. And I love making good fruit salad with great fruit although it can be expensive. I also love Diet Hot Chocolate.
