Thread: Is Personal Coaching worth the money?

  1. Question Is Personal Coaching worth the money?

Greetings! My daughter has convinced me I need to join Weight Watchers and finally take care of my body. I don't have time for meetings, so I'm trying to decide between Online Plus or Personal Coaching. I would appreciate everyone's advice!!

Thank you! Hopefully you will see me on here a lot!!

You have to have either an online account, or a meeting membership to get Personal Coaching. You might want to try the Online + Coaching and see how that goes. You could drop the coaching down the line if it's not helpful to you.

I haven't tried it, but I've seen posts on the Weight Watcher message boards from folks who have found it very helpful.
