Unhappy Re: New to the bootcamp

    Hi everyone,
Hope that you are all having a blessed week. :angel I am glad that I found this forum, I know the support will be great. I had a frustrating couple of weeks, gaining a few pounds after loosing 12lbs , I actually used my no weigh card today but still attended the meeting.... I could not take another weight gain I guess my weight just fluctuates but it is still disturbing
I am exercising and weight lifting, so I know you can gain with that, but I think because I was on such a roll since October when I joined WW, that my bubble was burst. am determined to finish this no matter how long it takes, and I know the Lord will give us the strength we need to do what we have to do, in order to get where we have to go.

I bet that is so frustrating Bev! Have you taken any measurements or anything? You may be slimming down at the same time you're building muscle - that could be a motivator for you. God is so much bigger than our efforts at getting healthy! It sure doesn't feel that way does it?

    Hang in there!

Pastor Tony, I just realized I didn't see an arrow on this thread [showing me that I'd posted already], sorry I'm late ... I thought I had already written my CONGRATULATIONS

So, have you noticed the improvement in energy levels yet? Are you able to do more, walk longer, faster, etc? The 1st thing I noticed was I'm able to climb my stairs a lot faster ... and I feel a lot lighter on my feet as I'm climbing! I'm sure exercise has a lot to do with it as well!

Well, keep it up ... the one thing I'm looking forward to is a better and more improved social life, specially with the church [how about you]?

    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp white pepper
salt to taste (I don't use any)
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese

    Extra toppings:

When you post a recipe to be put in mastercook, please remember to give us the number of servings. I did this assuming different servings because I don't know how many it makes.

Also, could you post the directions too? If the recipe is complete, other people won't ask for these things to be added. I know chili is a no brainer, but there are a lot of people out there who are just learning how to cook and need the instructions. Thanks and here is your recipe:
