    that weighing and measuring my food is so hard.

    I realized that I was measuring my dogs food but not mine. I've started weighing and measuring my own food now. I guess if it is good enough for the dog it is good enough for me.

    That's my 2 cents worth about weighing and measuring.

    True but I never realized how off I was on my measuring. I was not cheating on my food, I was over estimating the quantity.

    you can even underestimate and cheat yourself out that way. I have 2 scales and measuing cups. I can even use my hand as a tool.

    I have a hard time with always measuring, too.
