    Default Anyone Simply Filling for the new year??

    This is absolutely the only plan that has worked for me - but, it worked 5 years ago. I havenot been able to get back intot he groove since then.

    Anyone having success? Anyone working the program?

    Is there a new plan out since 2012? I keep getting emails about something new and just curious. I have not used WW in a while. It worked o.k for me for a while, but not now. Just curious about any new improvements.

    There are very few changes for 2012. One change is that you can switch between SFT and point counting BY DAY now if you wish. I go back and forth between the two as I can sometimes lose sight of portions doing SFT alone.

    I started SF last week and love it. Can't wait until weight in. I know it is going to be good. For the past 2 weeks it has been GAIN!!!

    I am gonna try it again. Worked for me years ago,not sure how things have changed. Gotta catch up.

    I want to try it, but I am still trying to figure out what I can have. I used to eat low carb wheat bread and chicken, can't have the bread now. Things like that.

    I am trying the Simply Filling now and am enjoying it. I did the point tracking for many years and before that just the regular eating program. For me so far I am most relaxed and enjoy SF more than any other plan they have put out there.
    Bread you can have light bread. The one I eat is also a low carb bread. Don't know why you think you cant have it.

    I bake my own bread and allow myself one piece toasted every day. That satisfies me. I count 2 PPV. You can have your bread. Just count the points. I'd rather not deprive myself or I'll end up face down in a loaf of French bread!

    The most recent power food list allows the following breads:

    (Whole grains make the best choices)
    Light English muffins
    Light hot dog and hamburger rolls
    Reduced-calorie (light) breads or rolls, flats and thin sandwich bread

    I've been on the SFT for 3 weeks and so far, it's working for me. I've been a lifetime member for over 30 years, but this is the first time I tried the Core or SFT plan. So much easier than counting points and as long as you don't overdo it, it really works!

    The days I stay home I do simply filling, and allow myself to use no more than 1 weekly point per sf day. Days I have to be out and about, I count pp+. I just started this after my last meeting, which is two weeks tomorrow (last week was cancelled because of the icy roads), and know I will see a lose this week. Don't feel deprived doing it this way. But I always measure and weigh my sf foods, as I tend to overeat when I don't. I gain every time, just because of too large of portions.

    A quick question. How many times a day are you allowed to have bread? I try to keep it to a maximum of once per day and was wondering what everyone else does.

    Deb, I don't limit it on my si/fi days. And, that might be a reason I gained a pound this week! Gonna have to change that.
