Default Is there a DAILY Thread for folks following CORE/Simply Filling?

I looked around and didn't see one - but it's probably in front of my nose!

I gather all Power Foods (green triangle) are also Simply Filling, or are there exceptions I should know about?

Also, any main threads for gluten intolerance? Or is that considered too medical - ie don't want folks giving wrong advice, etc.

    TIA
    Susan

I might swing back on here and post my menus. I seriously need the accountability and even if it means posting all alone - I'd rather have somewhere to post it.

I eat very core - but count the points to keep an eye on things, especially portions. Hope to see you around!
