I'm going to be SiFi this week and made sure I had NO trigger foods in my pantry!
Quick question though; aren't we allowed 2 tsp worth of oil daily on SiFi?
TARGET 30 - last WI 185.4 lbs

Breakfast: Smoothie with blueberries and strawberries
Snacks: Brought in hot tea and clementines/apples for the day.
Lunch: Probably some tofu with a side salad and maybe some couscous.
Dinner: TBD, I'm thinking some Japanese with some rice, bok choy and mung beans
we are allowed 2 tsp oil for free on SFT.
Home with sick DS so cooking for the week.
Made broccoli with peppers, quinoa, thawing some blueberries, cooked some peppers and carrots.
Trying to have many, many, many cooked vegetables on hand to eat.
B: coffee; 1/4 pound raw spinach with a banana, 1 cup blueberries, water and 1 tbsp salba seeds made into a smoothie.
L: blueberries with all bran and Greek yogurt; broccoli cooked with red peppers and quinoa
S: quinoa, carrots, blueberries with shredded wheat and milk
D: salad with dressing (2) vegan burger, sweet potato

Breakfast: Yogurt & bulgur, banana, coffee
Lunch: Grilled chicken, butter lettuce, cucumber, orange pepper, tomatoes, FF ranch
Supper: Baked potato with FF shredded cheese, FF sour cream, and diced ham

had two good sft days - too rushed to type it all in but happy with how the days went and used steamed sweet potato and parsnips as a filling food to keep me satisfied![]()
