    Default SFT Monday WI

    Up 2 pounds.
    Not surprised that the scale went up the past week. I can feel it in my body.
    On track this week., though and have 4 days of breakfast and lunch meals ready in the fridge. They are all the same, makes it easier to stick to the plan if I do this.

    I lost almost a lb.
    0.8 down this week

    But I didn't track this weekend.
    Apt shopping, my car got towed, I got a fine for overnight parking.
    And I'm super constipated.

    I was anticipating a 3 lb loss, but with all that stuff going on, urgh!

    I'm down 3.5lbs this week (but really 2.5lbs since I was up 1lb last week) for a total of 7lbs this month. As I've said, I lost weight the first week (TOM) and the last week (PMS) but had a net zero the other two weeks. That's my pattern!

    Soda - I was in the 181's last week and then this poop-issues comes up at the worst time!
    I just need for a few things to fall into place and then i'll be able to breathe a little easier, moving is probably one of the most stressful things in the world.

    I am proud to say I am down 6.4 pounds this week.

    I still say it all has to do with that stupid collagen I tried to take. So back on track this week or will try to be.

    Here is my nutrition prescription, altered from Carol's post.

    Here's a template I'm using for my vegan nutrition:

    DAILY NUTRITION PRESCRIPTION

    Eat at least 2 half cups of BEANS/LEGUMES in soup, salad or a dish daily
    Eat at least 3 fresh FRUITS a day
    Eat at least a half oz. of raw NUTS and SEEDS a day (count)
    Eat at least 1 large SALAD a day
    Eat at least 1 large (double-serving) of STEAMED GREEN VEGETABLES
    Eat some MUSHROOMS or ONIONS daily
    Eat at least 2 half cup servings STARCHY VEG OR WHOLE GRAINS per day.

    kimberly when you think how long it has been that you have been trying to get back on track, to see you down 7 pounds in a month is wonderful!

    Kimberley - Thank you but I can't really take the credit for it. It was that stupid supplement I was taking and now that I am off of it things are very slowly going back to normal.

    Michelle - Sorry you are having those issues again. Wish you could get it straightened out.

    I do sometimes, Donna. Mainly sweet potato for a starchy veg. And sometimes oatmeal for breakfast. It's low nutrient compared to other foods, but boy does it help me feel FULL.

    It just wasn't listed on that Nutrition RX. (Or maybe the person forgot to write it down...) I really think people have to figure out how they want to live the rest of their lives and then do things that way.
