I joined WW online today, yay! I hope it'll help me get back on track. I think just having something I'm paying for will drive me to stick to it!

Had an apple for a snack
Had tempeh with brown rice, boy choy, mushrooms and green onions. Didn't really like tempeh
12 pts total. 28/31
Snack: Smoothie for sure 3 pts 31/31
Was still hungry, so had a lentil burger and a cup of strawberries (3 WAPs used).
Stuck working super late again, didn't want to eat sugars or carbs, so I had another lentil burger, plain(7 WAPs used).

I decided to jump in, b/c I am doing everything I can to keep it Core.
B: oatmeal, yogurt cheese, tea, fruit
S: pear, tea
L: bulgar with green beans/brussels/onion/oo, half a yam, red beans, roasted eggplant dip
S: apple, tea or soy hot chocolate
D: brown rice, veggies, tofu
S: tea, fruit again.

Just wanted to keep my accountability here as well!
I find it odd to copy/paste my menu - the breakdown looks off. So I'll just type my meals and my total points/WAPs used.
Breakfast: Another late morning, cup of soymilk
Lunch: Lentil Patties with greens in whole wheat pita with a little mustard
Snack: Apple with 2 hot teas.
Dinner: 1 piece of homemade pizza with veg and a lentil pattie with ketchup.
Later on I had some homemade foccacia bread with hummus.
Smoothie
and final snack was some bean salad with a small piece of focaccia bread.
I used 7 WAPs but the scale is moving down! So excited!

Saturday plan:
B: latte with 1 c ff milk
smoothie made of 1 banana, 3 cups loose packed raw spinach, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp freshly ground flax, 1 ounce barley grass juice

ff cheese and 2 slices lit bread toasted

L: greek yogurt, pear, clementine, kidney beans and salsa
D: cereal and milk, kidney beans and a bite of DH's steak.

Well, have not made an appointment with the nutritionist yet, but going to, when I have a minute to do it. I have had increasing intestinal issues this week, have not logged any food, just ate minimally, until Friday and overate at a cafeteria, then paid for it on Saturday. So thinking of just going to my internest. He will take it easy on the pocketbook. I am wondering if it could be gallbladder as it is off and on and not constant. Yes, Soda, I did have an ulcer about 30 years ago but took meds and supposedly cured it up. But wonder if I have another. Just hate to go to a new GI doc and have all the expense of a first visit and then all the test he will want to do and I have an aversion to anything being poked inside me from the top or bottom, so not going there.Was that you total food for the day? It is not enough. Did I read correctly somewhere that you going to the nutritionist today? Keep us posted. btw, Have you ever been diagnsoed with a stomach ulcer?
The odd thing is this. I tried to take some collegan pills with Vitamin D. I watched a show that told of the things it would improve, joints, ligaments, elimination, weight loss too. So I was at Sam's Club, saw some and thought I will give it a shot. That is when most of the trouble began. The weight gain, the intestinal distress, joint aches, etc. So after a week I thought I will get off this and see what happens. Slowly everything but the intestinal issues have gone back to normal. Even the weight is back down where it was. Don't know if it is related, but it does make me wonder.
Now, on to my menu today.
B-2 boiled eggs, orowheat english muffin, half with cream cheese and half with preserves, glass of skim milk. (13)
L- eat out with dd not sure what or where.
D-Chicken and rice bake. (9)
